Hi! My family is planning on going to WDW in May. We currently have a 5 day pass without the park hopper option. If we change our mind, would we be able to upgrade to the park hopper before we use our passes? Thank you :)

    Dear Eliza,

I'm so glad that you decided to stop by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great planning question for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I understand the challenge of knowing exactly which type of tickets you would like to utilize in advance, and you might want to change them. If you would like to change them soon, I would give a call to the friendly Cast Members at 1(407)939-5277 to see what your options are, depending on the originally purchased tickets.

If you wait until you are on your trip, you can upgrade your tickets at Guest Services at any time before you use the last day of your tickets. Once you use the last day of your tickets, you will no longer be able to upgrade them. Additionally, please keep in mind that even if you upgrade on the final day of the ticket use, you will have to pay the difference for the entire 5-day ticket. This information is subject to change, if you have a specialty ticket of some type or there are other reasons that your tickets are not eligible for upgrades.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
