Oh boy, Becky! We're as happy as can be that you stopped by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you are planning a fun-filled family trip during the most wonderful time of the year. I'm happy to help!
According to
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets and associated features and entitlements such as the Park Hopper option are nonrefundable. However, as long as the ticket remains unused, the value may be applied towards purchasing a new Theme Park admission ticket for a different date at the current price. If the ticket's cost has increased, you'll just need to pay the difference. I recommend getting your tickets through the
Disneyland website instead of a third-party vendor, which will make this process easier. If you have any questions, reach out to
Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636.
I hope you and your family make some magical Holiday memories at Disneyland Resort this year, Becky. Don't miss the
Christmas Fantasy Parade, which will march down Main Street, U.S.A. Another favorite of mine is
"it's a small world" Holiday, which gets a special Yuletide overlay only seen for a few weeks each year!
