My family is planning a trip to WDW for 5 adults and 4 kids. Is there a 3 bedroom villa that would allow the adults to have their own rooms and still have space for the kids to sleep?

    Hi Danielle!

Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I love to chat about traveling with large groups because we seem to always have friends and family joining us for our Walt Disney World Resort vacations! It's one of the reasons that we joined the Disney Vacation Club!

The answer depends a bit on how many of your five adults are couples. Each Disney Vacation Club Resort furnishes these grand spaces a little differently. A 3-Bedroom Grand Villa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, for example, has 1 king-sized bed in the master bedroom downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs that each provide 2 queen-sized beds, and then a sleeper sofa on each floor. That certainly provides plenty of beds for your party of nine.

Another option that could help you stretch your precious vacation points or dollars would be to enjoy a Treehouse Villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. It's possible that this layout could be best for your party. In these unique accommodations, you'll find a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a third bedroom with twin bunk beds, and then a queen-sized sleeper sofa and twin-sized sleeper chair in the living room. These are so fun because they also provide a large deck and a private charcoal grill. They offer great space for bigger groups.

I hope that is helpful, Danielle! Please let us know if you have other questions as you continue planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
