My family is planning a trip to Disney world that last week of November and would like to stay at the Polynesian How soon should I book it and/or should I wait to see what kind of special deals there are? Also what kind of specials might there be?

    Hi Christina!

You will absolutely love Disney's Polynesian Resort! My kids love this resort because of the fun pool, amazing restaurants ('Ohana is wonderful) and the view of Wishes from the beach. You can book your magical vacation now, and I'd highly recommend booking early. You can always add any special deals or packages after you book, as long as your reservation meets the special offer requirements.

I booked my reservation a year in advance and when a special offer was released for the date I was visiting, I simply called 407-939-1936.

I love to visit Mousesavers dot com, which is not an official Disney Website, to research historical deals for specific timeframes. They list all the deals Disney has offered and the time of year in which they were offered and when the deals were announced. While the historical deals do not guarantee that the same deal will be offered the following year, it does provide a good guide. The site will also show you all "black-out" dates, for which the discount did not apply.

When you visit in November, don't miss Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! This is my favorite event of the year. You will also get to enjoy all of the beautiful Christmas decorations at the resorts and parks.
