    Our family is planning a trip to Disney World for 2014. We are considering Jan, Feb, or March. I would like to know when are room costs the lowest ? There will be approx 6 adults, 3 children, any affordable villas or rooms that can sleep 9?

    April,

    There is a really cool way to check nightly rates now on the website.

    1. Go to resort's webpage on the Walt Disney World website
    2. Click on the "Room Rates" tab
    3. Pick the room type you are interested in (probably 2-bedroom villas, as they usually accommodate 9)
    4. Click on the "View Seasonal Pricing" link directly above the "Check Availability" button
    5. That opens up a calendar, where you can see the daily rates for that room type
    BUT I am not one to not answer the question. I looked at the 2-bedroom villas at Old Key West, and the lowest rate season in the January - March 2014 time frame were from;

    • January 2 - 8
    • January 12 - February 12
    By the way, I also expect that Old Key West and Saratoga Springs are likely to be your lowest cost options, but check a few to be sure.

    Write me back if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a magical vacation!
