Hi, we're a family of 6 and are planning to stay in the Art of Animation Resort. I was wondering if we would be allowed to stay in a standard room, or is it mandatory to get a suite if you're more than 4? Will we be allowed to stay in our room if we're 6?

Hi, Martha!  A standard room at the Art of Animation resort has a room capacity of four guests, unless there are guests age two or younger.  Guests that age do not count towards room capacity.

If you are a party of six with no children (or even one of the children) age two or younger, you will not be able to book the standard room.  They will require the birthdates of any of the children in your party to determine occupancy of the room, and the room simply can't be booked with more than four guests.

You have the option of booking two standard rooms, but the suite may work out to be a bit less expensive.  You'll also have the microwave, refrigerator, and two full bathrooms, so it is very convenient with a larger family.

I hope this helps with your planning!
