My family and I are planning our second trip June 2012. Our first trip was only 4 days so this one is quite longer!! We will be there for 10 days. What kind of spending $$ should we plan for?? We are doing 7 days at parks!!

Hi Alisha! It sounds like you, just like all of us here on the panel, have been bitten by the Disney bug! Lucky you to be going for 10 days! If you're staying at a Disney Resort, then I highly recommend you consider adding the Disney Dining Plan to your package. This will save you a considerable amount of money, and there are several to choose from, so you can meet the needs of your family.

If you're going to be paying out of pocket for meals, then I suggest you check out the AllEars (dot net) website, where current menus with prices are listed. This will give you a good estimate as to costs for you and your family. We often bring cereal bars for a quick breakie - healthy and saves money!

You should also budget for souvenirs. This year, I bought my 11 year old daughter a Disney Gift Card to spend on souvenirs. Once the money was spent, she was done. It's a great way for her to be financially responsible, and stick to a budget!

Hope this helps Alisha! Write us back with any other questions you may have!
