My family is planning on heading to WDW for Mickeys Not so Scary Halloween Party my DD will be turning 3 on Halloween of 2009. Want to do a charecter breakfast can you attend these without having park passes? The only day we plan on doing the park is 10/31

    Hi Emily,

What a great way to celebrate your daughter's third birthday. Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is one of our favorites with some great added shows, parade and fireworks that you can only see during the event.

If you are planning on visiting the parks only the one day, you will find numerous resort restaraunts that offer fantastic character dining opportunities:

-1900 Park Fare, at the Grand Floridian features Mary Poppins.
-Garden Grove at the Swan with Goofy and Pluto
-'Ohana at the Polynesian resort with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto
-Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club with Minnie, Chip, Dale and Goofy
-and one of everyone's favorite character meals, Chef Mickey's located at the Contemporary resort featuring Mickey and friends.

All characters are always subject to change and reservations can be made ninety days in advance by calling 407-WDW-DINE or 407-939-3463. Hope you have a boo-tiful time!
