My family and I are planning to go to WDW on 12/25 with a Park Hopper pass. We like to go to Magic Kingdom in the morning then hop to another park around 1:00PM. We were wondering if the park fills up will we be allowed back into Magic Kingdom at night?

If the Magic Kingdom reaches capacity, they will NOT let you back into the park.  If history is a good predictor (and usually it is) the Magic Kingdom will reach capacity limits on 12/25 before noon.  Being a resort guest, having park hopper tickets and/or having a dining reservation will NOT guarantee you re-entry/entry into the park -- it is a matter of safety, and Disney takes that very seriously.

On 12/25, if you insist on going to the Magic Kingdom, you'll need to go early to ensure you can get in.  Once you leave, there is no guarantee you'll be allowed back in later.  Is it possible that they will allow people back into the parks in the evening? - sure - but I wouldn't bet money on it.

Tip: Consider instead going to the Magic Kingdom the morning after Christmas -- I've heard the crowds will be MUCH lighter than Christmas day.  If I were at WDW on 12/25, I'd spend Christmas day outside all of the parks, since the wall-to-wall crowd scene is just not my thing -- instead I'd sleep in, visit some of the resorts to enjoy the decorations, and then enjoy some family time at the pool (weather permitting).

Hope you have a great holiday visit.
