Hi, Cynthia! I love traveling to
Walt Disney World with a big group - which is a good thing since we always have a big group with us. There's something for just about everyone at Walt Disney World, so it's a great option for a multigenerational trip.
There are planning options for
Disney Group Getaways, but to be eligible for discounts, you have to book a minimum of 10 rooms at a Walt Disney World resort. But let's see if we can find a way for you to get a few dollars off of your upcoming visit.
The first place to look is AAA. Not all AAA offices offer ticket discounts, but some of them do, so it's a good place to start if anyone in your travel party has a membership. You can also check with your employer. Some employers may have a program that provides employees with discounted tickets - check with your HR department.
Keep an eye out for
Special Offers, Deals, and Discounts that may pop up prior to your stay. These often require a hotel stay, but not always. Just don't wait too long to buy the tickets, because you'll have to make a
theme park reservation in order to go.
Lastly, Cynthia, if you belong to your local warehouse store, they sometimes offer Disney gift cards at about a 5% discount. You also get that discount if you are a red cardholder for a certain big-box retailer. Buy the cards at a discount, then use them to buy your tickets. Voila! 5% discount on theme park tickets!
Have a practically perfect vacation, Cynthia!
