My family has planned a trip to Disney in October. My two oldest kids have birthdays in October so my question is, does Disney do anything special for birthdays? They don't know about the trip yet, but will be trilled!

    Hi Melissa!

Disney World is a wonderful place to visit to celebrate your kid's birthdays!

Every year we celebrate our kids birthdays (both born in August) at Walt Disney World!

First, make sure you get their complimentary "Happy Birthday" button from Guest Services when you arrive. Make Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) 180 days in advance and note their birthday on the ADR. They may even bring out a special birthday cupcake, complete with a candle.

You can also call the cake hotline at 407-827-2253 to arrange to have a birthday cake delivered to your dining location. You can choose from the flavor, decoration and personalization of the cake. The price varies depending on the type of cake you choose.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
