Hello there, Mariska! As a mom myself, I would be happy to help you with your question about the Toy Story Parking Area.
When I visit the
Disneyland Resort, I almost exclusively use the
Toy Story Parking Area. I find folding and storing a stroller easier on the bus than on the tram. Additionally, since the Toy Story Parking Area is flat, there are no elevators to contend with either (which I love.
As for boarding the bus that transports Guests to and from the parking area and the resort, you will
not need a car seat for your two small kiddos.
And while I have your attention, I wanted to share that both
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park have
Baby Care Centers. If you need a quiet place to feed your little ones, baby care supplies, or a toddler-sized toilet for your 2-year-old if they are in the process of being potty trained, then the Baby Care Center is a wonderful resource.
Have a magical experience in the new year, and feel welcome to come back to planDisney with any more of your questions.
Best wishes,
Lola
