Hi! My family has been passholders now for almost 3 years, and we're planning on staying at a resort for the first time. Can you tell me how the busses work? Are they on a schedule, or do they just make a loop?

    Dear Valerie,

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your transportation question!

How exciting that you are planning to stay on-site for the first time! You will love having access to all of the wonderful amenities of the Walt Disney World Resort hotel that you have chosen!

As for the buses, they are not on a specific schedule but instead are on routes that take them back and forth. At the same time, Cast Members are carefully monitoring crowds and needs, and buses are routed to locations that need extra assistance as well. Many bus stops also provide computer screens that display the anticipated arrival time for the next bus to your destination. This can be very helpful as well!

At times such as early morning park opening, or evening times after shows, you may have to wait a bit longer for a bus as crowds clear from the parks. It's rare that you would wait too long at all though. Bring a book or catch up on posting those pics on social media, and before you know it you will be on board!

    Have a magical stay!
