We are a family of 5: 2 Parents, 2 grandparents and our little princess who will be celebrating her 4th birthday at Disney. We have reservations at CRT 1/22 at 9:15. We have DDP and 4 day park hopper passes for Jan 19-22 and need help with our itinerary.

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Cynthia!  I cannot think of a more perfect vacation destination for a birthday celebration than Walt DIsney World!  Be sure to pick your daughter up a birthday celebration button at Guest Relations at any theme park. She will love all the birthday wishes she will receive on her special day! Since you mentioned that you are on the Disney Dining Plan, I am assuming that you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort. Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort are able to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours, which gives you additional time in the parks, above and beyond normal operating hours. My family enjoys taking advantage of Morning Extra Magic Hours and find we are able to experience many of our favorite attractions with little to no wait. The following itinerary is what I would personally recommend with a "little princess" in mind.
January 19, 2013 - Disney's Hollywood Studios (Morning Extra Magic Hours)
    January 20, 2013 - Magic Kingdom Park (a.m.) / Epcot (p.m.)
January 21, 2013 - Disney's Animal Kingdom Park (Morning Extra Magic Hours)
    January 22, 2013 - Magic Kingdom Park
An alternate itinerary is to spend the entire day at Epcot on the 20th. I suggested visiting Magic Kingdom Park in the morning since there are more attractions at this park for "little ones" and then "park hopping" to Epcot after lunch since Magic Kingdom Park has Evening Extra Magic Hours, which can be quite crowded at times. I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Sending pixie-dusted wishes that your daughter has a magical birthday in the "Happiest Place on Earth," Cynthia!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
