    Hello, our family had one person purchase tickets and reserve park days, which was great. Now I want to link the tickets to my account or app, however when I scan the ticket it will not let me add them to my account or app, how can we fix this?

    Dennis, you should be able to link the tickets to more than one account. The way to do this is by opening up your Disneyland mobile app and tapping on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. Once you have done so, select “Tickets and Passes” and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of the screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” This will allow you to enter the number manually or scan the barcode of each ticket with your phone's camera. If you have already tried this and it doesn’t work, I recommend you call Disneyland Resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak to a friendly Cast Member who can help you take care of this issue.
