My family and I had a Nov2021 trip planned to WDW. We purchased theme park tickets. We had to move the trip to May2022- how do we move the theme park tickets to our new travel dates? We tried calling the reservation center, but they couldn’t help us.Thanks

    Heigh-Ho Robert,

Best News Ever!!!! You are finally ready to reschedule your Walt Disney World vacation and have unused tickets. Guests, with unused Walt Disney World Tickets, are able to use the cost of their tickets towards the purchase of new and updated Walt Disney World tickets. Guests have a couple of options, first is calling (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member, however for some reason or another your Cast Member was unable to help. If you would like to try again, hopefully, the next one will guide you through the process and set you on your way. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and it is wise to call earlier rather than later because they are experiencing a high call volume. Another option is to reach out to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage via email, ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com , in which you should include:

      *Your Name

      *Phone Number to be reached

*Purchase Confirmation Number or all the 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers

*Purchasers Name and Email at the time of purchase

*Where and When the tickets were purchased

*Form of payment at the time of purchase

*Your request to purchase new tickets and the time frame you are looking to return

Response time is slower but a Cast Member will reach out to you about your request and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo prepare you for your return to Walt Disney World.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
