Hi there, Stefan! I'm so excited to welcome you to planDisney and to help you out with this question. I'll be honored to help you get this sorted so that you and your family can get back to the fun of planning your upcoming Disneyland Resort visit in just about a week!
Alright, Stefan, let's get down to business on getting these tickets linked. First, I'd recommend that you locate the original email confirmation that you or your family members received at the time of your ticket purchase. If your purchase was made on the official Disneyland Resort website, it should contain a button to "Access Your eTickets." Selecting that button will open a page that includes a barcode and the ticket ID number for your tickets. From there, you can copy this ticket ID number and paste it into the
Link Tickets page that you mentioned in your question.
Alternatively, you can scan this barcode using the
official Disneyland mobile app to link the tickets in your mobile device. Simply open the app, tap the '☰' icon and scroll down to the "Link to Account" option. From there, you'll be able to use your device's camera to scan the barcode I referenced earlier, or you can manually enter that ticket ID number. Stefan, if none of these options are working for you, I recommend that you call and speak with a Cast Member using the dedicated
Tickets phone line. I'd recommend having your original email confirmation for your ticket purchase available for reference during the call.
After you've successfully linked your tickets and
confirmed your theme park reservations, you can log in to your MyDisney account and select "
My Plans" to view any currently held reservations and plans for your trip.
I hope this has been some useful advice for now, Stefan. If you need anything else, or if other questions come up as you continue preparing for your visit, please don't hesitate to come back and see us again, here at
planDisney. I'm wishing you an unforgettable, magical adventure!
Blue Skies and Sunshine,
Tishra
