    Some family members are sick COVID and we need to change start date of our tickets. What do we need to do?

    I'm sending your family well wishes and a speedy recovery. It's never fun to reschedule a magical vacation, but I do want you to know that the magic of Walt Disney World Resort will be here when you and your family are ready to embark on your magical adventures once again! 

    Juano, changing the start date of your theme park tickets is easy to do, and I'm happy to help! First, please open up your My Disney Experience Mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines in your bottom right corner. Next, please select "Tickets and Passes" and locate your theme park tickets. Under your ticket, you should see a "Change Ticket" link in small letters; once you click on it, you can begin the process of selecting new dates. Please keep in mind that you would have to pay the difference if there is a ticket price increase on the new dates. 

    If for any reason you don't see the "Change Ticket" option or you'd like further assistance, please don't hesitate to call Existing Tickets, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help you.
