Welcome aboard, Nick! Thanks for cruising on in with your question.
Disney Cruise Line provides an awesome vacation opportunity for friends traveling together. Families can choose to do things together; each family chooses their own
activities and meets up later; there's even time for the adults to take advantage of the
adult-exclusive areas of the ship while the kids enjoy the
Youth Clubs.
If you and your friends have already linked reservations, you want to also make sure that you've both chosen the same preferred dining time. Log into your reservation, and scroll down until you see the
Cruise Details section. You'll see a block for dining where it will say Main Seating or Late Seating. Make sure both your stateroom and your friends' have the same seating. If you're good in that area, you should be seated together. There are definitely table arrangements that can accommodate your whole party.
When your window opens to book
port adventures and onboard activities, if you are both at the same level in the
Castaway Club, you will see an option to book activities together. Now is the time to get together before your trip and plan out some of the fun things you want to do!
Oh, and if you've never sailed with Disney Cruise Line, the Castaway Club is a way Disney recognizes returning guests. You automatically become a member after your first sailing, and you'll start to get the benefits from being in the club on future sailings.
Have a happy, high seas adventure, Nick!
