    A family member purchased 4 tickets to the Halloween party. They no longer can go. Is there a way for a refund or can they sell their tickets to someone else? Thank you!

    Oh my gourdness, it's that time of the yEAR! Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party is officially here, and I am so glad your family member could secure tickets to the event, as currently, this spooktacular event is sold out!

    Joyce, although this special event’s tickets are nonrefundable, you are able to give your wholly unused ticket to someone who can attend. Upon arrival, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person using the ticket, and once the eTicket is activated at the park entrance, it will be linked to its new Guest. There’s no need to worry about changing the name on the ticket.

    Do be sure to check out one of the most fab-boo-lous touches as the Haunted Mansion Holiday is decked out with frightfully festive touches!
