Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party is officially here, and I am so glad your family member could secure tickets to the event, as currently, this
spooktacular event is sold out!
Joyce, although this special event’s tickets are nonrefundable, you are able to give your wholly unused ticket to someone who can attend. Upon arrival, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person using the ticket, and once the eTicket is activated at the park entrance, it will be linked to its new Guest. There’s no need to worry about changing the name on the ticket.
