Your Lightning Lane purchase window depends on whether you're staying at an eligible resort or will be visiting as an off-site guest. You mentioned purchasing your tickets as part of a vacation package, so it sounds like you'll be staying at an eligible resort, but you'll want to confirm your reservation is at one of these destinations:
- Disney Resort hotels
- Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
- Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
- Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
- Shades of Green Resort
If so, you'll be eligible to purchase and plan your Lightning Lane Passes 7 days ahead of your check-in date. If you are not staying at one of the above resorts, your window will open 3 days ahead of your ticket start date at 7 am EST.
If you've confirmed your resort details and your party is within the purchase window, but you are still not able to proceed with planning, I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member by phone. They can confirm that all guests are linked properly and help iron out any wrinkles in the plans. Unfortunately, I don't have access to your account details on my end, but they should be able to get things sorted faster than Lightning McQueen can say "Kachow!"
