Hi there, Sheri! Thanks for sending in your question to planDisney. I'm happy to help!
I consider
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort my "home away from home," and we've stayed here many times. I love its sleek, modern vibe, and you can't beat the convenient 10-minute walk to Magic Kingdom Park. And did I mention the smell...the signature Green Clover and Aloe scent that greets you as you enter the lobby is AMAZING!
As long as the
Annual Passholder is on your room reservation, they can book
Disney Park Passes for the length of that resort reservation, and it will not count towards the number of park passes that Annual Pass can typically book. For example, a Disney Pixie Dust Pass can book three park passes at a time, but with a reservation of five days, they can secure those five days plus the three regular days. Plus, for all annual passes, bonus reservations will be added to the calendar from time to time, allowing her to make extra reservations on select days at select theme parks. Bonus reservations do not count as reservation hold. If you booked with Disney Vacation Club, call
Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to add her to the reservation. If you booked directly through the Walt Disney World website, contact the
Reservations Line at (407) 939-1936.
When making Park Pass Reservations,
Annual Passholders book through a different screen than those with standard Theme Park tickets. She would need to be added to the room first; then, she would book through the website for her park passes as she usually does with the Annual Pass link and selecting "Book Reservation for Hotel Guest." For the days when she is not staying with you, she can use the link that says, "Guests with Annual Passes."
I hope this helps, Sheri, but if you have any further questions, you know where to find us. See ya real soon!
