Season's Greetings, Thomas! I am so glad to see you again at planDisney, getting ready to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Walt Disney World Resort dazzles year-round, but when they haul out the holly and deck the halls, it
is the heartbeat of a holiday.
It sounds like you will be jingling all the way with a spectacular day at
Magic Kingdom Park. With a
Lightning Lane Premier Pass, you can dash through the lines at so many attractions. The Lightning Lanes will be available during the regular theme park hours. On Friday, December 6, it looks like the park is open for
Early Entry at 7:30 a.m. and closes for regular tickets at 6 p.m.
During
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, all the queues change to standby lines, including
Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Some even get a little extra gift to celebrate the season. My favorite is
Space Mountain. The Christmas spacey rock music is delightful. The red and green lights aglow are really out of this world. When I say it's my favorite, I mean it. I rode it three times. Which brings me to my hopeful news: although the Lightning Lanes are not open, you won't need them. The longest I waited for any attraction was
TRON Lightcycle / Run, which was only 20 minutes. I would, however, recommend using the Premier Pass during the day for the
Jinge Cruise... oops!
JINGLE Cruise. (For a second, I thought the first was
no "L"). The holiday puns are
extra, as you would expect, and draw a lot of campy adventurers.
Thomas, I am ho- ho- hoping you have a very merry holly-day! Please come back to
planDisney with any other questions. We are here to help you
sleigh your Disney vacations!
Joy to the World!
Jana
