    My family has Magic Keys. We purchased them last year. My husband and daughter bought them separately and their magic key discounts don’t show up on the app. The magic key pass shows up but when they mobile order food the discount isn’t there. Please help

    Hello there, Jessica! Welcome to planDisney. And congratulations on being Magic Key holders! I love the sense of pride I feel being an Annual Passholder. And those discounts....chef's kiss! I see you have an upcoming trip this month, so let's see if we can figure out how to activate that discount for your family members.

    The first step is ensuring everyone's pass is linked to their account. From each of your Disneyland Mobile Apps, tap on the Tickets and Passes tile from the main menu. If your Magic Keys are already linked, they will be displayed.  If not, tap Link Tickets and Passes and follow the instructions.

    If you still have problems after linking the passes, I'd suggest calling the Magic Key Holder number so a friendly Cast Member can help troubleshoot the issue. 

    Keep in mind that not all restaurants offer discounts, and the amount of the discount can vary. Before my visits, I like to list in my phone notes the restaurants that offer discounts
