    Our family LOVES the Boulangerie Patisserie (sp?) and my favorite menu item is the cheese plate! I know that two of the cheeses served as Brie and Swiss, but what is the third cheese with the orange rind? I have been looking for answers forever!!

    I love getting the cheese plate at Boulangerie Patisserie. It always reminds me of the college semester abroad in Lyons. I get such a kick out of the fact that the France pavilion at Epcot even smells like the real France. 

    To answer your question, the third cheese is Port Salut. It's pretty readily available at cheese shops where I live in New York. My guess is that you'll be able to track some down near you.
