My family and I did a Photo Pass Photoshoot last summer at the Polynesian and the photos came out superb we were really pleased with them. Photoshoots take place at select Disney resorts, at the moment you can book at the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's all personal taste but in my opinion Grand Floridian is the most formal setting and Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge are the most casual. We chose the Polynesian as we loved the idea of photos on the beach and to have the Cinderella Castle in the background made them a bit more special. What I suggest you do is have a look at each resort here on
www.disneyworld.com If you choose "Discover" and then "Accommodations" you will find a page on each resort with information, photos and video.
Prices and packages are subject to change but at the moment you can buy a photo package for $50. This gives you a choice of one of the following - A) 2 8x10 & 3 5x7 B) 2 5x7 & 8 4x6 C) 7 5x7. You are able to choose a different pose for each print making it good value. The other alternative costs $100 and gives you one of the above packages plus all the photos taken on a CD.
Photo sessions last approximately 30 minutes and the amount of photos taken is only limited by time. As my children took instruction well we ended up with over 100 photos but the average is about 40.
