Hello, Trisha!
Thank you for stopping by
planDisney with your vacation question! We love providing you with answers to ensure you experience the most magical Disney vacation possible. As the parent of a teenager and a young adult, I have often been in the same predicament you are facing when booking a resort stay. Fortunately, several options in the
Disney Resorts Collection will accommodate your sleeping arrangements, providing your son and daughter with their own sleeping space.
There are several room options at
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa that sleep up to five adults. The rooms that sleep up to five adults have the option for 2-Queen Beds and a sleeper sofa. If you feel that this arrangement would suit your family, you can request this type of bed configuration when making your resort reservation. To book a room at
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge that offers more beds than just the standard 2-Queen beds, you would need to book either a 1- or 2-Bedroom Suite. Rollaway beds are not available at any of the Disney Resort hotels or Disney Vacation Club Resorts.
You may want to consider looking into some of the
Deluxe Villas and Deluxe Studios in the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. They offer more beds and other fabulous amenities, such as a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, microwave, and private patios or balconies. You can also find other bed configurations in the different room types at the Disney Resort hotels. For instance, at
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you can find several room options that offer 2-Queen Beds and a Day Bed.
I hope this information helps you find the perfect Disney Resorts Collection accommodation for you and your family! If we can help answer any more of your vacation questions, please stop back by any time.
