Welcome back, Joshua!
You must have a household full of very excited family members! It's almost time to set sail on
Disney Cruise Line with Captain Mickey and his crew! Hooray!
Disney asks that guests pack any necessary medications in their carry-on bags. This is especially because your checked luggage will take some time to arrive in your stateroom and it could be late that afternoon until your bags make their way to your room. So, it's a good idea to have very necessary prescriptions on hand just in case.
Now, if you're just asking about tossing in some Advil or Tylenol in case you find that you need it at some point throughout the cruise, that can be packed in your checked luggage, no problem. I do try to remember to pack that in case we have an unexpected headache or the like when we're onboard. The good news is, if you forget it, don't worry. The
shops onboard are well stocked with plenty of over-the-counter medicine options for both adults and children, so you can always grab what you need there too.
Have the most magical adventure at sea with your family, Joshua!
