We are a family of 6, is there a larger room we can obtain so we can all be together?

    Ahoy, Sara!

Welcome to planDisney!  As a mom of three, I know what it's like trying to plan travel with a larger family.  Disney Cruise Line has you covered with several options so everyone can make magical memories together at sea!

Sara, on each ship in the Disney fleet, there are suite options that can accommodate larger travel parties.  Inside these Concierge suites, you'll find plenty of space for your family to spread out and relax in truly luxurious surroundings.  The following stateroom categories can accommodate families of 6 or more on each ship:

My panelist pal, Christina, shared a peek inside the 1-Story suite on the Disney Destiny that her family enjoyed during a recent cruise.  This reel can give you an idea of just how much space you'll find inside these staterooms.  As a Concierge Guest, your family can enjoy incredible amenities, such as access to the exclusive Concierge Lounge, a private sundeck, and dedicated Cast Members to assist with your vacation needs both before and during your cruise.

The added space and amazing amenities are fantastic, but the number of these suites on each ship is limited.  If you're having trouble finding availability or are looking for a more budget-friendly option, you can always consider booking two connecting staterooms.  Disney Cruise Line makes it easy to find connecting staterooms when you're searching for cruises.  After choosing your desired cruise ship and itinerary from "Find A Cruise," you'll be prompted to confirm the number of staterooms and the number of adults and children in each room.  On this screen, be sure to turn on the "Connecting Staterooms" toggle, and then you'll be able to view your available options.  If you opt for connecting staterooms with verandahs, my pal Kiki shared how she requested to have the partitions between the verandahs removed, creating a large, shared outdoor space!

I hope this information has been helpful, Sara, and that you enjoy planning a cruise that is practically perfect in every way for your family!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!

    SEA ya real soon!
