    My family (including toddler) is vising WDW for 5 days, we like the idea of the ease of the monorail, but the resorts with acess do not offer much theme to my toddler, and come with a price. Any suggestions?

    Hi there Anthony! Choosing a resort can be one of the most challenging decisions we make when planning a Walt Disney World vacation! As a mom of four children, I can completely understand wanting to choose a resort with great theming; however, I will suggest that you consider convenience as well especially when traveling with a toddler.There are many advantages to staying on the resort monorail line which include being able to easily go back to your resort for a midday break or nap when visiting Magic Kingdom Park, not having to collapse your stroller when traveling on the monorail, and having many different dining options at your fingertips.My children love the tropical theming of Disney's Polynesian Resort and being able to watch the Electrical Water Pageant and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from the beach at night.The Nanea Volcano Pool features a zero-depth entry point, water splash area, waterfall, and exciting waterslide.I also love the spacious guest rooms and excellent dining locations at this resort. You may also consider Disney's Wilderness Lodge which is a short motor launch (water taxi) ride from Magic Kingdom Park.Reminiscent of a turn-of-the century National Park Lodge, Disney's Wilderness Lodge features unique theming, fun recreational activities, and a relaxing atmosphere.If you will be visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios or Epcot during your trip, consider staying at Disney's Beach Club Resort.This New-England style Disney Deluxe Resort is a short walk away from Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios can be accessed via the Friendship Ferry (water taxi.)  Disney's Beach Club Resort is my family's favorite resort on property for the theming, central location, and Stormalong Bay, the best pool on property in my personal opinion.I am out of room for my answer, but please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions.
