My family will be heading to Pop Century for a 6 night vacation and we would like to have a grocery delivery. Will bell services hold our items and then deliver to our room for a fee, or is that no longer offered since Covid?

Hello there, Stephanie! Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop back by and allowing us to help you plan another visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Disney’s Pop Century Resort is a blast from the past that will have you walking down memory lane throughout your stay! Throughout this resort, you will find homages to the decades between 1950 all the way to the 1990s. You and your family can relax by one of the many themed pools or stroll around the jogging trail that winds around Hourglass Lake. Additionally, you may also take to the skies and travel in style with the Disney Skyliner! This innovative form of transportation connects you to both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot as well as multiple other Disney Resort hotels!

One pro-tip that will save you time and keep you refreshed is using a grocery delivery service while staying with the Disney Resorts Collection! You will be happy to hear that this service is still available at this time! There are actually multiple third-party services that will deliver grocery orders directly to your Disney Resort hotel. If you would like to pick your order up yourself, you may do so by stopping by either Bell Services or Luggage Assistance in your Resort Lobby after your order has been delivered. Alternatively, you may also have your order delivered directly to your room by Bell Services for a $6 fee. This is an excellent way to save time and the extra trip to the front of your Disney Resort hotel!

If you’re interested in finding even more information regarding the reopening of Walt Disney World Resort and your Disney Resort hotel, I highly recommend checking out the “Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go” webpage! This page contains a wealth of information around updates and policies that may be in place during your upcoming visit!

I hope this information assists you in planning for your trip to Walt Disney World Resort later this month! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as well!
