Hi Julia,
Thanks for bringing your question to us. I'm happy to hear about your family's upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort and wish you a most magical trip!
Since you've already linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience Account you'll want to be sure each ticket is assigned to the appropriate member of your travel party. First, make sure each guest appears on your Family & Friends list. You can add a guest by
inputting their linking code if they already have an account, connecting through a resort reservation or another connected guest, or simply adding their name and age if they won't be managing their own account. Once everyone is connected
reassign tickets to the appropriate guests. You should be able to do this directly from the ticket screen in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, but you are welcome to
contact a Cast Member by phone for assistance.
If your younger sister is a minor and/or her account is managed by another family member there are a few additional steps to complete. Whoever manages her account should log in to their My Disney Experience Account online and access their
Family & Friends list. Next, they'll locate your profile and click the "Settings" button next to your name. On the following screen, they'll click "Connect My Managed Profiles" and place a checkmark in the box for your sister's name. This will allow both of you to share planning for her managed profile.
Once everyone is connected your sister can go through the pre-registration process to request her
Disability Access Service (DAS) pass. A friendly Cast Member will connect via video chat and assist in setting up one-hour return windows for 2 eligible experiences, upon approval. They can also confirm that the appropriate members of her travel party are connected to these experiences.
I hope this helps Julia. If we can answer any additional questions please come back and let us know. We're always happy to help!
Magic and memories,
Amy
