Hi Jenna,
Welcome to the
Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by with your question.
Tony's Townsquare Restaurant is a gorgeous place to eat at. This charming trattoria located almost at the park entrance is the iconic place where Lady and the Tramp had their first kiss. The food is exquisite, crispy calamari, ravioli, chicken parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo and more will await you at this beautifully decorated ristorante!
Reservations for this restaurant are recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit.
I must report, however, that you will not be able to see much of the
Happily Ever After Fireworks show from inside the restaurant. You will hear the music and will feel the excitement and cheering of the people outside for sure, but will not be able to watch the amazing laser projection on the castle or see the actual fireworks in the sky. In order to do that, you will have to step outside onto Main Street U.S.A. Since there will already be a lot of people watching, you might have a bit of difficulty finding a good spot.
You may have heard that a lot of people choose to watch the fireworks from this area on Main Street U.S.A. (close to Tony's Town Square Restaurant) because of its proximity to the park exit. A lot of people leave the
Magic Kingdom Park right after Happily Ever After (not me, I stay till park close!) so being close to the gates is a good strategy to avoid crowds and get to the bus stop before all the other people.
Jenna, I hope this information has helped clarify a bit. I hope to see you again with more questions; we love to help out!
See ya real soon,
~Desiree
