My family and I are headed to Disney World in March. We have already purchased the dining plan. Do you have suggestions as to where we can eat and watch the Epcot light show?

    Hi Sharon!

I love the Illuminations: Reflections of Earth fireworks, laser and light show at Epcot! We always try to see the show at least once during our visits to Walt Disney World.

Illuminations can be seen across the World Showcase, which is also where my favorite dining establishments reside. Bonus! The competition for a coveted window seat of these restaurants are fierce because their views are amazing and all of these spots require an Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR).  Call (407) WDW DINE 180 days prior to your reservation.

The restaurants with the best view of Illuminations include:

Rose and Crown - This is in Epcot's United Kingdom pavilion.  Request a patio table for an hour before the Illuminations show. They cannot guarantee you a spot  on the patio, but you can ask a cast member to note the request in the system.

La Hacienda de San Angle is one of the best restaurants in all of Walt Disney World (did I mention I love Mexican food?) Luckily their views are as good as the food! This table service location also requires an ADR.

Request a window table at Bistro de Paris and enjoy the view of the fireworks while enjoying wine from their expansive wine list and chocolate soufflé.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with to plan a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
