    Hello moms! with my family will gonna stay at All Stars Music and visit all parks (water park included), and we have included the quick service plan. My sister-in-law is celiac. At the hotel and parks, have GLUTEN FREE options? Thanks!

    You will love the Disney All Star Movies Resort! Make sure to visit the pool when you go, as it's amazing. 

    You will also be happy to hear that Walt Disney World accommodates many types of special dietary needs. I have a few suggestions. 

    First, visit the Special Diets page on the Disney World website to obtain information about dietary requests.

    Second, make sure you note the food allergy on all of your Advanced Dining Reservations. 

    Third, check out the disneyfoodblog dot com for all of the gluten-free options at the Disney World parks and resorts. You will find that they have gluten-free options at most of the Walt Disney World resorts. From gluten-free soy sauce with shrimp and veggies at Yak and Yeti to the gluten-free chicken pot pie at 50s Prime Time Cafe, there are many varied options. 

    When you arrive at your restaurant ask to speak with the chef to notate the food allergy. The chef will ensure that your sister-in-law has a meal that she likes and accommodates her dietary needs.
