My family & I (2 girls 11 & 3) are going to WDW Oct 13-18. How does the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party work? Is it every night? do our children dress up? I wasn't sure it was something that we would be able to plan on?”
Joni,
Dates for the 2008 Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) have been released:
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party: Sept: 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 28, 30, Oct. 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13, 16, 19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 28, 30, & 31.
You will have two opportunities to attend during your trip, and I highly recommend you take advantage of one of them - it's a must-do in my book!
Your children should definitely dress up, and I'd encourage the grown-ups to don a costume as well. I'd say at least half of the adults in attendance will be costumed, and virtually all of the children. Our family likes to do group costumes - last year we were Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs.
Tickets will go on sale May 1 - pricing has not yet been announced.
Hope that helps your planning, and have a great trip!
