Hi, Aimee! First, let me begin by saying that I am so very sorry for the loss of your friend. It is always such a tragedy when those who serve and protect us lose their lives in the line of duty. Next, I have to tell you that there are no guarantees that the characters will comply; however, I have found the characters extremely willing to meet the requests of Guests if it is within the parameters of what they are allowed to do. I don't believe that this request will break any of their rules. Your best bet is to speak with the characters' handlers and explain what you want the characters to do and why. They may be able to quickly and easily relay to the characters what is needed. Finally, I sincerely hope that you are able to get the photos for the service. I send my prayers and condolences to you and the family.
