Hi, My family of four are about to embark on the new-de imagined Disney Magic on Nov. 15 from Miami, Florida. Since its our first time in a Disney cruise I want to make sure we enjoy it all. Can I book restaurant and all that now?

Welcome aboard, Jessica! Wow! You must be so excited to be on one of the very first cruises of the beautifully re-imagined Disney Magic. The Magic was always such an amazing ship, but with these new updates, you're really in for some special treats!

First time guests with Disney Cruise Line are able to log into their reservations beginning 75 days prior to sailing, and you are certainly within that time frame now, so log in and begin your online check-in. It is there, under My Cruise Activities, that you'll be able to choose those fun extras for each day. Check out the Port Adventures, Spa Treatments and Adult Exclusive Dining at the all new Palo on the Magic. I highly recommend making a Palo reservation for one evening or a sea day brunch. There is an additional cost of $25 per person for this meal, but I promise it is worth every penny, Jessica! I never miss an opportunity to dine at Palo!

No other restaurants on the Magic need to be reserved though. Disney Cruise Line features Rotational Dining. You'll receive your restaurant rotation when you arrive at the port. Then, each night you'll get to enjoy your meal in a different restaurant, either Animator's Palate (with the new interactive show which you'll love!), the new Carioca's, or Lumiere's. In addition, your service team will rotate through the restaurants with you, meeting you at each restaurant each night. They will get to know your preferences and you'll get to chat with the same team each night. We have always had such fun getting to know our server and assistant server, it's like they're part of the family by the time we leave the ship!

I hope that helps as you count down these last couple of weeks before setting sail, Jessica! Have a wonderful cruise!
