We are a family of five planning a trip to DW in late February 2013. We can't decide between Pop Century and PO Riverside. We are on a budget and wondering if the extra money is worth it to stay at PO Riverside. What are your thoughts?

    Hi Sarah,

Depending on the ages of the children in your family, you might not be allowed to stay at Pop Century. The maximum room occupancy there is four plus one child under the age of three sleeping in a crib. If all your children are age three or older, then you'll have to stay elsewhere.

Even if your youngest is a baby, you may still want to stay elsewhere. While the Pop is lots of fun, the rooms are fairly small. Having four people and crib will be a VERY tight squeeze. Additionally, the beds at the Pop are doubles, while the ones at Port Orleans are queens. This can make for a much more pleasant sleeping experience.

If you have a baby, and have no trouble sleeping, and will only be in the room for sleeping, then the Pop will be fine. Otherwise, I would upgrade to Port Orleans.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We're happy to help.
