We are a family of five planning our second visit to WDW in November 2012. This will be the week of Thanksgiving (staying 11/17-11/24). What will the crowd levels be like?

Welcome to the Mom's Panel and congratulations on your second Walt Disney World Vacation, Christa! The unofficial website allears.net lists the historic attendance levels at Walt Disney World. It shows the beginning part of Thanksgiving Week to be moderate attendance and Thanksgiving Day and weekend to be highest attendance. You may consider trying to schedule your park days at the beginning of your vacation when the crowds will most likely be more manageable. With that being said, there is no definitive way of predicting crowds and you may find the end of Thanksgiving Week to be very manageable and not crowded at all. We always visit over Memorial Day Weekend and try to do the bulk of our park touring before the actual weekend hits and then schedule maybe one park day on the actual weekend. If you will be staying on Disney property, there are many recreational activities that are fun for the whole family and Downtown Disney is a another great place to visit on a non-park day. I hope this information helps! Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Best wishes for a Magical Second Trip, Christa!
    Happy Planning,
