My family of five will have 3 days in the park at the beginning of April. Should we do 2 days at MK and one day at either HS or AK or do all 3 except Epcot? I like Epcot but have been told by friends my 9 year old, 6 year old and 2 year old might not.

    Hi Crystal,

Just a few more long days until you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort for your vacation! April is a great time of the year as there is cooler weather. In addition, the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full swing.

We have been taking our daughters to Epcot since they were two and four and they loved it. Epcot has a different kind of magic that you will not appreciate if you go to Magic Kingdom first. However, if you start your trip in Epcot, your children can explore the Living Seas, sit in the front seat of a car on Test Track and explore the countries of World Showcase. My girls love World Showcase for their food and entertainment.

Since you have only three days, you might want to do Epcot first and Magic Kingdom second. You can then decide if you want to visit one again.

Another advantage to doing Epcot first is that it is a lot of walking and you will want fresh legs to tour this special park.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
