    Our family of five (2 adults, three kids 10, 8, 6) is staying at the Port Orelans Resort - Riverside. Is there a way to guarantee a trundle bed? And if we don't have a trundle bed, where does the third child sleep? Thanks!!!

    Hi Jennifer! The first thing you should do is call Disney reservations at (407) 939-7429 and be sure to put your request on file. Advise the cast member that you are five guests and request the Alligator Bayou section, with a trundle bed. Be sure to ask when you check in as well. Although there is no guarantee, they will do their best to accommodate you. If there are no trundle beds available, as to have a cot brought to your room. There will be a nightly fee for the cot rental.
