My family and I are going for the first time in Sept. of this year. I have a 10 year old and an 8 year old. Did anyone go during this time before and find it to crowded or just right? I want my kids to have a good time, hopefully with short lines. Thanks!

    Hi Crystal!

The fall months at Walt Disney World are my favorite! You'll find that the parks typically have less crowds once the U.S. public schools begin in late august/early September. I think this is a perfect time to visit as the lower crowd levels make for a perfect time to tour the parks.

The weather also starts to cool off just a bit. You'll still want to bring a bathing suit and enjoy the pools and water parks!

By early September, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party has also begun. You can celebrate (costumes included) Halloween a bit early this year!

    Hope your trip is spectacular!!
