Our family will be going on our first Disney cruise the beginning of Feb (3 days). I have heard that we are able to eat breakfast with the characters on the ship. If this is true can we schedule our day my DD will be turning 6 on the Sat while we are out.

    Georgia Greetings Amy!
Congratulations on your first Disney Cruise!  I hope it will be the first of many magical voyages for your family! Disney Cruise Line does offer character breakfasts usually on six night or longer sailings on the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic.  At this time, three night cruises do not offer a character breakfast because the time frame does not allow for all Guests to be given an opportunity to dine with their favorite Disney pals.  But, Disney Cruise Line does an incredible job of offering plenty of character appearances on their sailings beginning in the cruise terminal!  Characters will meet and greet Guests throughout each day of your cruise in various locations of the ship, and you always want to have your autograph book and camera handy because you never know who you may run in to!  When you visit Castaway Cay you will also have an opportunity to see the characters in their beach attire!  Meet & Greet details will be listed in your Personal Navigator, the daily cruise newsletter so keep it handy so you don't miss any of your family's favorites.  If you daughter is a princess fan, be sure to bring along some princess attire (or stop by the gift shop onboard to check out their selection) for her to wear around the ship and to the very popular Princess Gathering!  This is one of the most popular events so arrive early, but is usually offered twice on the three night sailings.  Another tip is to plan to be at Til' We Meet Again which is held the final night of your sailing.  It is the perfect time to get some last minute autographs and pictures!
I hope your daughter has the best birthday yet on your February cruise, Amy!  Guest Services does have birthday pins so stop by upon boarding so she can wear it throughout your vacation!
