Ahoy, Angie!
What a WONDERful adventure you have to look forward to in the coming weeks. Your two-night getaway will give your crew a great taste of what a Disney Cruise is all about and will be sprinkled with some SPOOK-tacular festivities and swashbucklin' fun! You'll enjoy delicious cuisine, amazing Broadway-style shows and your Mouseketeers will be able to experience the MARVELous themed youth spaces. There's something for every age, and the Cast and Crew will fill your vacation with as much Magic, Wonder and Fantasy that you can Dream of!
My number one tip is to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app now. It's free for Apple and Android devices and can be used onboard with no charge with the ship's Wi-Fi. It will allow you to have all the ship's happenings including dinner menus and a very cool texting feature at your fingertips. Although I love the app when I sail, I also keep my paper newsletter close and refer to it often. It lists all the activities planned, character greetings and hours of operation with ship locations in one place and will serve as an excellent resource for you. Also, take advantage of the ship's photographers and have some pictures taken of your crew. They are at most Character Meet-and-Greets and available before and after dinner in the Lobby Atrium. Have some fun with your attire and bring along pirate costumes and dress-up for the Halloween events! (This will make your pictures even better!) Do not miss Frozen, A Musical Spectacular and arrive about 30 minutes early to get a seat close to the stage. This show is PERFECTION! Since all your food is included, order some new things to try because you will not go hungry on a Disney Cruise. Finally, request a Mickey bar from room service. It's not on the menu, but it is available and makes for a delightful midnight snack!
Most of all, Angie, relax and have a magical time!
Nancy
