Ahoy, Jennifer!
Congratulations on your first cruise with Captain Mickey! It is a "WONDER"ful time to have a cruise booked on the
Disney Wonder because of the recent re-imagination! And your kids are great ages to enjoy all the amazing
youth programming offered only aboard Disney Cruise Line!
I hope you'll make time to experience an adult only dinner at
Palo! My mouth is watering just thinking about the decadent Chocolate Soufflé. Everything about the meal is fabulous-the phenomenal service, beautiful atmosphere and delicious Italian-inspired offerings.
The youth spaces will be open until midnight or 1:00 a.m. each evening so a 7:00 p.m. reservation will give you plenty of time to enjoy the dining experience. My husband and I are typically there for just under two hours, and there are several options for dinner for your crew when you go. Dinner is served in the Oceaneer Club and Lab, which will work for your younger two. But, they will need to be checked in when dinner is served. This is typically around 6:00 p.m., but you'll definitely want to check your cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator once aboard. Your older child can order room service (most menu items included in your cruise fare) or stop by the quick service options on Deck 9-Daisy's DeLites, Pete's Boiler Bites and Pinocchio's Pizzeria.
I hope my answer helps with your planning, Jennifer! Please keep us posted with any additional questions you may have before the BIG day arrives!
Have a magical time!
Nancy
