Welcome, Debra!
Walt Disney World does offer the super fun and relaxing
Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise. I'm glad you got to experience that special activity, because it's one of my favorites too! Cruises, yes, desserts, yes, and fireworks! Who could resist?
Since the
Disneyland Resort doesn't have a large lake like
Walt Disney World's Seven Seas Lagoon, it isn't possible to offer a fireworks cruise, so I'm sorry you won't find something like that at Disneyland. However, there are some pretty special Disneyland-only tours you can enjoy that you won't find at Walt Disney World, so I'd suggest checking those out to make your visit even more special.
My favorite, since it's truly unique to the Disneyland Resort, is the
Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps tour. This privately guided tour is such a special time to really hear and see things that other guests won't experience like the stories behind how Walt Disney created and imagined this first of the Disney Parks. You'll even get to walk right onto a few of the
attractions that Walt actually experienced himself. Did you know that Disneyland Resort is the only one of Disney's Parks that Walt Disney actually got to enjoy himself? My son is a big Disney history buff, and he especially liked learning all the background stories of the parts of the park we were actually standing in, like history coming alive right there. I highly recommend this tour, Debra.
Have so much fun planning your visit! It's going to be truly magical!
