Hi there Adrie,
I'm so excited to hEAR you have an adventure planned at Walt's original park. There's something magical knowing you are stepping into history of Disney Parks.
One of my personal favorite perks to visiting the Disneyland Resort is how close in proximity each park is to each to other. You can quickly park hop from Disneyland Park over to Disney California Adventure Park to meet other Disney Characters in the other park.
The Disneyland Resort offers a few
Character Dining Experiences where you can dine on delicious cuisine and meet Disney Characters (some that are not-so-often-seen-in-the-parks) that will visit your table for autographs and pictures your family.
You will find Disney Characters throughout both parks. Places like
Fantasy Faire and
Pixie Hollow are great places to meet Disney Princesses and a Fairy Friend. In Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A., Guests will often find Walt's classic Disney Characters striking a pose.
You can visit City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. to find out where and when they will be out and about during your vacation. Also be sure to check out the Information Board in each park at the Disneyland Resort. When you enter Disney California Adventure Park, head down Buena Vista Street, you will see it towards the end, slightly to the right. Over at Disneyland Park, the information board will be located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A. on the left.
I hope this helps. Be sure to
visit me again if you have any more questions about your vacation.
The Disneyland Resort must be explored! CA-CA! RAAWWRR!
