Ahoy Linda!
"Bored" and "Disney Cruise" are two words that don't go together at all! Your teens are going to have a fantastic time and will most likely be begging you for a longer sailing next time! My kiddos aren't as old as your two, but my nephews have sailed on the Disney Dream and loved everything the ship had to offer including Edge (11-14) and Vibe (14-17). If your teens are a little skeptical, about the clubs, please convince them to at least try it out the first night because that is the best time to make friendships with other Guests. When they are not hanging out in the youth spaces, they will love the pool deck including the only water coaster at sea-The AquaDuck! Guests of all ages enjoy the exhilarating ride 12 stories above the sea! If either of them is into sports, Goofy's Sport Deck offers a full-size basketball court which will host basketball games, soccer, dodge ball, and volleyball during the cruise. Table tennis, foosball, sports simulators (nominal fee), and mini-golf are also available on Deck 13. Another Guest favorite is the MidShip Detective Agency which involves an interactive mystery case with a different experience each time you play! The entertainment on the ship is also fabulous, and the cruise staff does an incredible job of offering fun game shows, karaoke, trivia, and more that I'm sure your family will love! The Buena Vista Theatre is always showing a great movie line-up as well! If this isn't enough, the food is plentiful and is available 24 hours a day through room service and delicious soft-serve ice cream is open from morning until night!
I hope my answer gives you an idea of what a wonderful vacation you have planned for your crew! Please let me know if you have any other questions. In the meantime have a look at the
Disney Dream videos for even more info!
