Boo to you, Tim! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m thrilled to help you prepare for your frightfully fun adventure!
It sounds like you have the perfect night planned!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite special events at Walt Disney World. I love that you’re planning to make the most of it and stay until the final “bat signal” at midnight. Even though the party officially begins at 7 PM, arriving between 4 and 5 PM is a great tip; you can grab a bite to eat, get your bearings, and map out your evening using the special party guide that they hand out at the entrance or use the My Disney Experience app. Be sure to catch Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade (the second showing is usually less crowded). The Headless Horseman’s ride through Frontierland is always a spine-tingling favorite of mine! Also, don’t miss the dazzling Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular hosted by none other than Jack Skellington.
Now, about your late-night arrival to
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort after the festivities...no need to worry. I’m actually staying here now and chatted with the Bell Services team. They let me know that although the lobby desk isn’t staffed all night, Bell Services is available 24 hours a day. When you arrive back at your room around 1 AM, just use the in-room phone to call Bell Services, and someone will be happy to deliver your bags. It usually takes about 20 minutes, just enough time to kick off those trick-or-treating shoes and wind down from your night of fun.
I hope this puts your mind at ease, Tim! If you have any more questions as your trip approaches, just give us a shout. We’re always here for a ghostly good time.
Happy haunting!
